Senior Mechanical Designer

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Cement Industrial Engineering design.
  • Minimum Graduate in Mechanical

    Qualifications Required:

    • ITI/ Diploma or Associate Degree in the Mechanical Field with training in CAD operation.
    • 2 – 5 years experience using CAD to produce mechanical drawings or 2 years experience and additional education or training in CAD/Drafting technology; spreadsheet software experience. 
    • Excellent communication skills with understanding of teamwork and the ability to coordinate work with other staff members.
    • Strong organization skills to effectively manage time and resources in the most efficient manner.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Requirement:

    Experience:

    10 to 12 years in Cement & mineral plant design, consultancy  , Cement Plant project team. Knowledge of Cement Plant process. Must have supervisory experience to manage team of designers and engineers.

    Software Experience –

    1. Autodesk 2D CAD - Must have hands on experience in creating Mechanical GAD, Flow sheets, Utilities schematic.
    2. Autodesk 3D  - Must be familiar / proficient  with Revit 3D, Navisworks Manage,
    3. Proficiency in  - 'Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, PPT, PDF etc.

     

     

Senior Designer (Civil & Structural)

  • 12+
  • Associate Degree or equivalent in the Civil/ Structural Field with training in CAD operation

Requirement:

    Job Definition and Purpose

    • Responsible for preparing detailed drawings from reference drawings and sketches; checks drawings produced to get total accuracy
    • Develop and  check the drawings as per mark-ups, design inputs and  Schemes.
    • Manages the drafting function for projects assigned.
    • Support in setting and maintaining the design (drawing) standards
    • Set and manage the design standards used on his jobs.
    • Discuss and set design standards among other designers in the firm.
    • Check the drawings for completeness, aesthetic and consistent presentation aspects.
    • Suggest additional details, views and viewport scale  to complete the drawings per standards.
    • Reinforce standards requirements based on past experience for all department personnel
    • Assemble available information as required for drawing production, this includes:Engineers sketches or calculations, G A drawings, Equipment drawings
    • Understand the GA drawings and Equipment drawings. Inter-discipline co-ordination  with engineers and designers where differences occur.
    • Be the engineers first “detail” checker. Review anchor bolts, dimension, and details for completeness and accuracy.
    • Make plant layouts and general arrangement drawings.
    • Make drawings, when applicable, to support project team in critical project schedules.
    • Participate in developing new standard drawings for the department.
    • Make and keep current the drawing list.
    • Develop issue folder for issuing drawings.
    • Checks revisions to drawings.
    • Try to be 100 percent billable on project work.   
    • Participate, co-ordinate in meetings and attend the requirement understanding with team.
    • Develops overall sketches/plans needed to prepare Structural Concept Drawings for the project; communicates concepts to staff who will be preparing detailed drawings.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Associate Degree or equivalent in the Civil/ Structural Field with training in CAD operation.
    • 10 – 15 years of experience in detailing of concrete and steel structures using Auto CAD software.
    • Minmum working knowledge in 3D structural modeling using Revit Software.
    • Ability to work accurately with strong attention to details and ability to produce quality work within specified time schedule.
